Introducing a process to assist insurance professionals in providing consumers with simplified and understandable personal lines coverage that meets their specific insurance needs.  The course focuses on techniques to assist in the identification of the real consumer needs and then methods to provide simple and easy to understand coverage solutions.  The course will also provide techniques to handle consumer questions and objections and ways to finalize the next steps in the process.

Mastering the Art of Consumer Satisfaction (3 credit hours)

A consultative approach to assisting insurance professionals in meeting the needs and expectations of the insurance buyer.  Discussion topics include the advanced planning process, establishing consultative relationships, protecting assets through careful exploration, addressing common consumer concerns and earning the right to serve.
